From Award to Handover
1. Estimation & Bidding
The Contract Department prices the scope, prepares the bid and sets the budget.
2. Design & Planning
The Engineering Department produces the design, method statements and the programme.
3. Execution
The Operation Department runs the site with our own manpower, plant and safety supervision.
4. QA/QC & Handover
Quality and safety sign-off against the operator's procedure, then handover and close-out.
